For more than a decade, Leslie made a name for herself as a force within the automotive space. She founded subsidiaries within Fortune 750 companies and helped startups capture their own lightning in a bottle.

Today, as our founder, Leslie has charged Multiplyher with that very mission: to fuel powerful transformations among companies and their leaders.

We carry that vision out across multiple disciplines, from retooling business models to data planning and product fit. Our clients are at varying stages in their journeys, from concept to completion, and each engagement represents an opportunity to scale, with a challenge that begs to be solved.

OUR FOUNDER
Leslie Vander Baan
Leslie Vander Baan is an innovator, a strategist and a connector. She began her career in the automotive industry at the age of 23, when she became the first woman to own and operate a consignment-based car-buying and selling service. Leslie then went on to co-found the nation’s first virtual car-buying service, to pioneer the use of AI in the valuation of cars and then to join the founding team at DRIVIN, a first-of-its-kind venture that used data and technology to help dealers acquire cars. Since leaving DRIVIN in 2018, Leslie has consulted with a variety of businesses at varying stages of development. In 2020, she joined Silicon Valley tech startup Fyusion as senior director of product delivery. Leslie has also founded Multiplyher with a dual mission to provide resources to businesses and startups while giving back to the community. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her husband, two children and the family pooch.
